Slurry pipeline - the pipeline used for transporting slurry (a mixture of water and soil or rock obtained during the excavation and mining by the hydraulic method) with a hydraulic dredge or other equipment to the point of discharge. There are Slurry pipeline with nominal diameter of the cross-section of DN-200 DN-900 mm, the length can reach tens of kilometers.

Slurry pipeline can be divided into:

• - Floating slurry pipeline - used to connect the dredge with the shore;
• - Coast slurry pipeline - used for hydraulic slurry to shore.

Floating slurry pipeline is designed to connect the working dredge to the shore. Slurry pipeline allows workers to maneuver, is a supporting structure for securing the supply and control cables, relocation of staff to dredge or on shore. Installation of floating slurry pipelines is performed on the floats, the amount of which depends on the length of slurry pipeline. By floating slurry pipeline usually laid trap for the passage of personnel and high-voltage cable to power the electric dredge.

Slurry pipeline is made of polyethylene by rotational molding, the operating temperature of -40 ° C to +60 ° C. It is easy to use: easy, reliable, durable and inexpensive (in comparison with analogues).
